Bummer
I ordered this feeder for my cats because I am going away for a few days and want to make sure they get their little meal snacks in between feedings from the sitter. Nowhere does it say you need to subscribe to a monthly or annual subscription to be able to use the dual tray feature. In my opinion it’s a little bit silly. I am returning it because I cannot afford to pay $160 annually to be able to operate a feeder.
