Does the feeder close automatically after the cat walks away? How long does it take to close?
- The Petlibro One RFID feeder will execute the closing command when the bound tag is no longer detected. The closing time can be set to fast or slow within the app, generally ranging from 3 to 10 seconds. Additionally, this feeder is equipped with an infrared sensor that can detect any obstacles in the path of the lid's operation. When the sensor detects an obstacle, it will delay the lid's closing by about 2 seconds to prevent pets from being pinched or injured.

Can you get 2 chips for 1 feeder? Our 2 cats will eat out of the same one!
- Each Petlibro One RFID feeder is designed for only one pet and can only be paired with a single RFID collar. Therefore, if you have multiple pets, a separate feeder and collar set must be purchased for each one.
