Hi! I am a college student working on a "smart" dog food bowl. Our project aims to address epidemic of dog obesity, as 56% of dogs are overweight; this statistic indicates that there is room in the market for a food monitoring solution that would improve pet health in the long-run. The bowl would come equipped with a scale/sensor connected to an application that recommends servings. Do you think both water and food should be weighed? Or just food? Is there a value in weighing water like food?
My puppy seems active. She is eating normally. I am giving her only dog feed ptescribed for puppies. But i feel she is having upset stomach or else because of her stool style. Her stool is red and green. Photo attached herewith
My dog does not want to eat from his metal bowl anymore, we bought him a plastic one and for a while he ate but now he stop again. We got him a porcelain and still not eating. And my husband has feed him his soft food with a fork but he would not eat his hard food.

Hello. I'm an owner of a West Highland White Terrier. She's having some digestive and skin conditions where she sometimes vomit. I'm considering switching her diet from dry dog food kibble to a fresh food subscription plan provided by a company. Here are the details of the fresh food meal. May you please give me some advice on whether I should go for the fresh food subscription plan. They claimed that their meal exceed the aafco standard. Best inexpensive boxer dry dog food
Midnight just had his yearly check up and everything was good. I have noticed that he eats real fast and then throws up his food. So we got him a slow feeder bowl. It helped a little but once in a while he still eats too fast and throws it all up. What else can i do to help him slow down?
