I bought a different auto microchip feeder and when it opened it was so loud my cat ran away. She never got used to it. Is this feeder quiet when it opens?
- this is just a regular bowl that has a digital scale built in so you can measure how much food directly in the bowl. it also give you the ability to link to your phone to track dogs eating habits and calorie consumption if you want to track weight changes and adjust how much you are feeding or exercise.

Hi! I am a college student working on a "smart" dog food bowl. Our project aims to address epidemic of dog obesity, as 56% of dogs are overweight; this statistic indicates that there is room in the market for a food monitoring solution that would improve pet health in the long-run. The bowl would come equipped with a scale/sensor connected to an application that recommends servings. Do you think both water and food should be weighed? Or just food? Is there a value in weighing water like food?
What is the best dog bowl material that is non toxic, going to stay clean, not get a film at the bottom and not harbor bacteria?
I just bought my dog a new food bowl. this is one is elevated since she is getting taller and it’s the perfect height for her . But she’s gone over to the bowl a few times since it’s her feeding time and she keeps prancing and whimpering really loud at the bowl.

Why does my pup kinda scratch the bowl of water
Midnight just had his yearly check up and everything was good. I have noticed that he eats real fast and then throws up his food. So we got him a slow feeder bowl. It helped a little but once in a while he still eats too fast and throws it all up. What else can i do to help him slow down?

I bought a slow feeder from the pet store to slow down my cat's eating but she is barely eating and she will walk away from the dish.
