Cancelled order- no explanation
Cancelled my order with no communication. This was my first time ordering through petco. I really needed this order and would’ve paid extra to have it rush shipped to me. They kept delaying the order and then just cancelled it. No explanation as to why or anything. Very poor customer service. I’ll order from chewy only moving forward.
