Hi, my name is Julia and I am a college student working on a device that will function as a smart collar for dogs. I know the market already has some of these but I was wondering what features do you think are the vital ones that need to be included in this device. We have a GPS tracker, hope to have a heartbeat sensor, and outside temperature thermometer. But what else do you think would be vital to have measured to have a comprehensive image of a dog's health? We would really appreciate it!

Taking care of neighbors sweet dog while they're abroad. She was sent to us from boarders bc she got the flu. Saw a vet yesterday but we weren't there. Been taking antibiotics since last night. She's shivering, has runny eyes, and has been wheezing and throwing up/spitting up water. She "wheezes" loudly before each throw up and her trunk seems to heave a lot like she struggles to breathe. (But chest seems a lot calmer when she calms down.) Can we send a video? What signs would require vet visit?

Hi my kitten is 7 months old and since 3 days his breathing pattern has changed. Kinda hard to explain but when he sleeps his upper body moves and he kinda pushes sometimes and his head moves a bit too when his breathing while asleep. I have to leave my puppy alone while I go to work but I have a puppy cam so I can check in on her throughout the day. I also have a family member who comes to play with her for an hour in the middle of the day. But when I check in on her through the puppy cam, she is always sleeping or lying down. She will only play if someone is home, but otherwise, she won’t play by herself. She just sleeps. Is this normal?
