Dog is 37 pounds terrier mix. She is having anxiety issues and can have 5mg of melatonin. Can I give her another 5mg of melatonin. The anxiety is because she has not been with her regular owner
Hi I'm wondering if it's safe to give Well & Good small dog aspirin in the same day as Naturvet quiet moments calming aid(melatonin)?
Is it Safe to give you’re dog melatonin?
My dog ate a container of relax treats . It contained 66 as he had four about 2pm. The relax treats have melatonin in them he is 80lbs
So I have two dauschunds one has a bit of anxiety when it comes to loud noises. With Fourth of July coming up what is best to give her? I have heard Benadryl or melatonin. Which is better for them?
My 16 year old dog has been taking Vetoryl for 2 weeks, she went herself twice today, was sick 48hrs ago ( isotope test normal at vets). She has lost weight has loose stools and no appetite and very tired . Dose 30mg. I'm worried sick.
We have a dod from humane society that has severe seperation anxiety. She never leaves my side. Best medication to help her. Does benadryl work? She poops when left alone, she is an adult dog. Cannot crate she had injured herself escaping, ate crate cover. Really need to help her before I have to get rid of her. Its really bad. Thanks Lmp
How can I help reduce the stress level in my Terrier Mix young adult dog during a move that will require car travel for over 1200 miles (or 2 days of car travel) in the past she has gotten physically ill (vomiting) in the car even with Homeopathic calming drops given?.!
Please help. My 14 year old englis springer spaniel has arthritis and her back legs are starting to cross inwards when out walking. She cant walk very far. She is on 100mg tramadol every 12 hours. Please is there any natural fish oils she can take with tramadol. Thank you so much in advance Jane
My dog currently takes Hollistic remedies ( calc c and homotox mixed with things such as ubich, apis, etc. due to autoimmune disease which caused swelling of hind legs. He has been off of prednisone for 2 months and suddenly his hind legs became swollen over night. Is it safe to give him licorice root as an alternative to prednisone?
My dog has been diagnosed with thyroid issue and they put her on meds for it. She had been responding well to the medication at first but all of a sudden she is super high anxiety and she acts like she wants to go to bathroom but she stops to sit down every few steps and whines like she's trying to do the boot scoot but doesn't know how. She seems to calm down when I'm right there consoling her but if I get up to do anything she really freaks out.
My dog has anxiety seeing other dogs. He isn’t aggressive, he just wants to play. He whines, and sometimes barks but very rarely. We have a trip to fly to Vegas this summer. I heard Benadryl is safe for him for anxiety and motion sickness. Is this correct? Is melatonin better?
