Nice idea, but NOT functional--zero stars

Suction cup does NOT attach to vinyl floor, nor wall. Maybe on a window, but that isn't functional. Hence, it sits on the floor and gets tipped over. The center piece designed to scratch against doesn't do much due to shape. Any pressure on it knocks the toy over. It is designed to hit and spin around, but all the foster kittens and my cat ignore it. Definitely not worth buying.

No, I do not recommend this product.
