I purchased this raincoat for my bichon. It works very well to keep her dry in the areas it covers, and it is very cute. It's not very flexible though, so it's a little awkward for her to walk in, but walks in the rain are short walks :) The size small is a little bigger than other coats' size small.

I bought this coat in the store and it was too small so I ordered the medium online it described it with the ties around the body and arms just like in the store but when I received it it did not have any tires on it except for the hood and it was very big very disappointed

Loved the little coat, but is it stiff and hard for a dog to walk in. It is water proof, which most of these coats are not. Very pretty, well made. It is warm inside too. Price is high.
