Runs big
I followed the size chart for this item but it runs too big. Unfortunately I ordered a small for 9 pound Yorkie and it doesn't fit her well. I will need to return the this. I am hoping that an XS is available. I'd to like to exchange it if possible. It would be cute it fit right.
