What is the best dog bowl material that is non toxic, going to stay clean, not get a film at the bottom and not harbor bacteria?
My dog does not want to eat from his metal bowl anymore, we bought him a plastic one and for a while he ate but now he stop again. We got him a porcelain and still not eating. And my husband has feed him his soft food with a fork but he would not eat his hard food.
I just got this dog and am a little rusty on dog ownership I've been giving her about 2 cups of dry dog food twice a day. Is that enough or too much? should I just leave out a self-dispensing water container? I don't know if I should regulate her water intake.
My kitten's lower mouth is been really red/swollen on and off for months. I've changed her porcelain bowls to stainless steel bowls. My vet thought it might've been the food but I tried switching her to Nature's Balance but she didn't really like it. This is Kyro, my 1st dog I've had for 7 months. In 7 months he went from 75lbs to 85. Was feeding 2 cups twice daily of "Diamond All Natural Beef Meal & Rice" with piece of Roast Beef with a teaspoon of some kind of gravy & 1 Milkbone, 1 bully stick, 2 Grain fee treats daily. I cut back to 1 cup with Roast beef twice daily. I don't want to starve him but I want to keep his defined stomach. He won't eat unless the Roast beef & gravy is in his food. Bag of food says 4 cups daily. Any suggestions?
