Will this work as a water bowl for 6week old kittens? They sleep in a play pen at night. They have epic kitten battles in there and always spill their water. Can this be a solution?

What is the best dog bowl material that is non toxic, going to stay clean, not get a film at the bottom and not harbor bacteria?
So my puppy River loves to stand in her water bowl when she drinks and also loves to purposely dump it over. We have a very large water bowl because we have four dogs so when she knocks it over it basically floods my kitchen. What can I do or use to keep her from standing in or knocking her water bowl over?

Why does my pup kinda scratch the bowl of water
