just arrived. Very nice construction but I can't locate the built in leash securing "place" Please help

What are those buckle or secure clips on the side used for?
- Looking at the photo here and reading the description a guess would be that it is the handles on top that velcro together with a little velcro wrap that allow you to carry it with a small animal in a small carrier and just the kennel if larger to different areas in your home. The ones at the bottom allow the kennel to be collapsed and carried WITHOUT the animal in it. Good for storage etc. This is just a guess here.
