This is Dexter, my gorgeous 7 year old rescued hound, & his 4 year old ball. He loves his ball & can find it anywhere we hide it in the house or yard. 2nd picture is his new ball. It squeaks like his old ball & smells like bacon. He seemed to like new ball & we played inside for a couple hours off & on. When I took him outside & threw it he ran to the ball sniffed it &walked away. The only ball he brings is the old one. What should I do? Thanx. Carolyn.
we have a 20 pound rat terrier mix in excellent health, not overweight. She is 11 yrs old and we were trying to fin d a carrier like a backpack to put her in for our long walks, when she gets tired. There are so many to choose from. I like the ones that we strap on the front of the human, and her legs stick out at the top and bottom just like a real baby. However I am concerned that the position might put too much pressure on her back end. What can you recommend?

Hi I just purchased a 2 year old dachshund a week ago. I was told by the breeder he liked crinkle toys, but he has shown no interest in toys, raw hides, or chews. Can I do anything to get him interested in these? I am worried that he cannot entertain himself when I am away because he pretty much follows me around everywhere or sits by me. Hello, my dog is a 2 year old German Shepherd, Boxer, Rottweiler, Chow Chow mix, (that's a mouthful!) and he destroys every toy we give him! He has never chewed on furniture, (even as a puppy) or clothes or shoes. But we've purchased every toy under the sun and he still rips them to shreds! We've gotten indestructible toys like, fire hose toys, Kong toys, etc. We gave him a thigh bone from a cow and he broke it with one chomp. Is there something better? Or do we just replace toys? Thank you.
