My dog ate a small rubber gem(toy) she's a smaller dog chihuahua mix not sure with what I bv think like terrier or something. The gem is about as big around as a quarter and like 1/4 inch thick maybe. What should I do?

My Tootsie has a cast for a broken toe. She's had a cast for 1 week 2 days. Every now & then she'll seem comfy and then quickly get up & yelp as if something is hurting her suddenly.
