This crate is incredible. Very well built. Has wheels to roll it around. Two doors. And solid latch system a clever pup can’t undo. Plenty of room for a medium sized dog.

I like the foldable and wheels. Also the garage front door so it stays out of the way. My only complaint is that it isn't very securely snapped in so the wire rattles when the dog scratches on it. Also, the fold up door has to be pushed up slightly to get it to close.

Fits our vehicle

I was looking for a crate that would fit in our vehicle and still be big enough for my lab. Most crates at 28" tall are narrower and shallower than this one. The extra width and depth provides enough room for our boy to lay comfortably. The one thing that didnt work was the pad. The floor of the crate is smooth, and with the car in motion, our poor guy was sliding all over the place. Problem solved with an old yoga mat between the floor and pad. I did also secure the crate with bungees to prevent the crate from sliding around in the back.

My puppy has not been able to escape this crate! I can leave the house and not worry about her safety as we go through the puppy training stages.

Description says there are 4 doors but isn't clear if there is a front and back door? I would assume that the 4 are the top, the 1 garage side, and then a front and back but want to make sure. Thanks

    The garage door is the one on the front of the picture on the website. It slides underneath the lid as you might expect. There is a smaller hinged door on the top. It will be covered underneath if you have the garage door open. Based on the perspective of the front being the garage door both sides have a hinged wire door. This leaves the back which is the only surface without a door. It has a hinge in it with two clips. Once you undo the clips this allows the backside to fold down flat.

      No, the top can not stay open on the steel crates. The crate would not stay up as the top locks hold it together.
