Great size bag very roomy for my 12lb havanese dog. It only received 3 stars because 1-the zipper doesn't stay partly opened if your dog wants to keep its head out. I called the company and was told to us a safety pin by the zipper. Sorry but if I'm taking my dog in/out I don't like the idea of dealing with safely pins. 2- the adjustable buckle for the strap/sling is in the front and the "mobile/cell" pocket that's on the strap it in the back. That TOTALLY doesn't make sense to me. Do I recommend this bag I'd have to say yes If you don't mind these to issues.
