I bought this for my 17lb. dog and the shoulder handle broke. I think this product could be made better.

I have been wanting a carrier for a long time. This one is just perfect!!!! My cat weighs 18 lbs and he fits in there comfortably and I was able to get him in there easily!!!

My 16 lb. black pug fits in this very comfortably and as a backpack it's light enough and still very sturdy. I recommend getting this for your dog. And it being a backpack, car seat, roller and carry on is great.

I love this product, cushion for my dogs comfort, plenty of room for my dogs comfort, and plenty of ventilation, also easy sip out face feature which will be great for longer flights!

I ordered 3 different carriers because my local petco did not carry these in store. I traveled with my adult JRT for the first time by plane and was looking for a roomy carrier for him to fit under my seat in the cabin. Of the 3 carriers, I liked this one the best. However the dimensions are too big for him to fit under my seat. The hard sides did not allow any sort of collapsing or squishing for him to fit under the seat. I liked this carrier because my dog comfortably entered, exited, layer down, and turned around in it. But because it can't fit airline dimensions, I had to return it. I'd recommend this carrier for travel by car or train (as long as it doesn't have any dimension restrictions).

We're going to mammoth and so we're bringing our cat Disney. He's a pretty big cat, we think he's part maine coon so we needed a bag easy for us to carry with enough room for him. It's perfect! He can sit, stand and lay down. He seems to enjoy being in it. We also got a carrier pad because the bottom isn't very comfy.

I've traveled with my pet under the seat in front of me with several styles of carriers for many years. I sent this one right back. The base is rigid and too tall to fit under the seat. Had the base been about 2.5 inches less and bend at the frame, it was adorable.

When we go camping, and i need both hands and eyes on what i'm doing, i put on my backpack and piggyback my chihuahua so i don't have to worry about him wandering off somewhere. Gives me peace of mind and he loves the view and free ride!
