I plan on taking Skye on a hike with me. She is on Revolution and has had her Leukemia vaccs. HI doesnt have ticks. Shes been in her harness before and has no problems with it. She will be kept on leash or in my carrier for her. What should I expect, look out for, be cautious for?

My question is since this Yorkie will be around other family pets and will not be kenneled does she need the Bordetella booster? Also, she is currently shy of 5lbs. can she also get her rabies along with her boosters? or would it be better to hold off for 2 weeks or so. I have rescued a 11 yr old pomerian six months back .He is blind and deaf and is on epilepsy medicine because of his severe seizures.However for the past 2 months he is suffering from severe vestibular syndrome and cannot walk without assistance. E cannot defecate on his own and everytime he needs to do so I have to assist him .He also whimpers most of the time and if he manges to walk a few steps he gets stuck at the corner of the walls and tries to press his head against the wall or the floor.
