Questions
I’m having a hard time telling how wide these are. I have a limited amount of space. Can anyone who bought them give me an idea of the width?
I know this has rubber grippers on the bottom, but how secure it it really? If it moves at all when a frisky Maltese jumps on the bottom step, he will always be afraid to go on it again. We have a carpet in the bedroom, which is where this unit will be
- We have a 15 lb shihtzu mix & she charges up the steps without the unit moving.

My 10 lb yorkie has arthritis in hips & sometimes has a hard time with reg stairs, would a ramp be better? Also my bed is high 30 in high& I find with ramps, if i raise it high enough it's too steep.
- thats only a 4 inch difference . most pets even yorkies can step up 4 inches at the top

What is the height at the highest point? Our bed is pretty tall...
- It’s terrific. My bed from the ground up is 31 inches high. I have 4 pound chihuahuas with very short legs. Steps are 5 inches high. This step comes up to less 5 inches from the top of mattress. They run up the whole way without issue. I do have a former sofa pillow between mattress and step cause tiny pups are cute but not geniuses.

you say good up to only 75 lbs...what will happen with 110 lb dog? Is it really going to break? If so..since they open up couldn't I but wood to reinforce it?
- That answer is for libel so they can’t say you can but if you are skilled enough then you can reinforce anything if you do it right. Be careful and use common sense when reinforcing it . Good luck

My female poodle Chihuahua is 11 yrs old and about 11 pounds. She was diagnosed with luxating patellas when she was 3. Our bedroom is upstairs and the staircase is steeper than average and she sleeps with us. She frequently yelps or limps after using the stairs. How can I make it easier for her to get up and down the stairs? I don't want to leave her alone downstairs all night. She's too old.
I bought my pups stairs when they were very small to not only teach them how to use stairs (they were scared to go up& down stairs) but to help them get on the couch and bed before they could jump. This of course took months of practice, they were just babies. Now they have no problems jumping but because they are corgis, should I still make them use the stairs to get onto the couch, bed so they do not hurt their backs? Hi I have dog named Rose for the paday she has not been wanting to do that much and she is walking in a crouched position and has trouble getting up the steps to the porch.

Our peekapoo was spayed 4 days ago she is doing well we take her cone off to give her a break but put her in a baby onesie with hole cut out for tail .
