Textured mat caused injury
My cat injured herself when the textured mat got wrapped around her toes she was biting herself and hissing and limping after I cut her free. I have to cover the whole thing in a blanket now.

Cheap covering
It’s an okay ramp but the problem is that the covering on the ramp shreds and wears out. They don’t offer just a replacement for the covering so you have to purchase a whole new ramp. They should offer replacements of the covering since it’s easily attached with Velcro.

So easy for my 22 lb dog with ACL issues to use!
I received this about a month ago and love it, I had to teach my dog how to use it but it’s great, love the non slip surface, that is also removable to clean!

Having problems with to distinct distance from ramp to floor. Purchased because my 8 month old yorkie has Legg- Calves Perthes and underwent the radical surgery. He is walking quite well, but the steep ramp and lower height than needed makes this purchase not what I exoected

carpet , top right corner is folded back about 3 in
It took about 2 wks for my 3lb 9ox Chihuahua to use this and now she does.. love that..BUT.. would like to send back cause the carpet pado n slant is turning back on top right part of the slide... she doesn't even walk on the edges.. would like to return for a new one if possible.. but is big help that she uses this due to my back problem and getting onto bed..
