Having problems with to distinct distance from ramp to floor. Purchased because my 8 month old yorkie has Legg- Calves Perthes and underwent the radical surgery. He is walking quite well, but the steep ramp and lower height than needed makes this purchase not what I exoected Would think harder next purchase

It took about 2 wks for my 3lb 9ox Chihuahua to use this and now she does.. love that..BUT.. would like to send back cause the carpet pado n slant is turning back on top right part of the slide... she doesn't even walk on the edges.. would like to return for a new one if possible.. but is big help that she uses this due to my back problem and getting onto bed..
