Great product!
Well made and nice construction. Easy to assemble and beautiful carpet on each stair that would have been easy to clean but my dog would not use them. That is only reason I had to return them. Everything about the stairs was great. Perfect for medium and large sized dogs but my 9 year old dog just wouldn’t use them.

Great Stairs for Older Cats
I already owned two sets of Pet Gear Easy Step II steps and they work great. I needed a taller set of steps to replace steps that were getting too steep for my two 14 year old cats. I bought these and just put them up yesterday and they work great. No tools needed to assemble, very well made and quite a bit easier for my cats to use to get up on a tall platform they love.

Excellent quality and sturdy
We purchased this to enable our smaller (20 lb) dog to get onto our new bed, which is set fairly high off the ground. The steps are great -- simple to put together (took me about 10 mins) and sturdy. Our dog wouldn't go up or down the steps at first. It also took about 30 minutes (and a treat placed on each step, about 7-8 times) to get our dog to feel more comfortable with them, and after 2 weeks he's still not entirely there yet, but it gets a little better each day, so be patient if these steps are for a smaller dog.

Okay product
These steps are made ok, but they came a little bent, and they are very steep for small dogs. Not sure if they would be good for any pet over 50 pounds.

Too Steep For an Old Cat
I think this is a well built product and would probably work for most dogs. I bought it for my 20 year old wobbly cat and it is much too steep. I got her to use them a few times but I could just see she was terrified, mostly going down them. I can see why, when you look at it from the bottom the angle is pretty intense for a small animal. If you have a bigger dog or a more agile cat, I think it would work. She is small and these are very tall, which I need, she insists on being on my bed but the angle is too much for her. I wouldn't hesitate to try them for your pet. My bed is higher than I can help, she uses a small cat condo, onto a low chair, and then onto the bed. It is a bit tough still so I purchased these to help but I am returning.

This seems like a very sturdy procuct.
I had to return this product as it was too tall for the bed. I ordered the same model only a 3 step. I was pleased with the steps and it was easy to assemble. I am anxious to receive the 3 step to see if my dog likes. The chocolate is darker than I would have liked.

Pet Gear Step iv
My dogs have never used stairs before, but I am having major surgery and will not be able to lift them in and out of bed! These are the perfect height,and easy to assemble! Dogs are in training!

I have a very tiny yorkie short only 2.8 lbs I need stairs to go up to the bed 27 '" high how high are the steps in the larger stairs.

I have a jack russell who likes to sit and watch out the window and I would like some stairs he can walk up and sit on top.window is 31 inches high.
- The top step is flat but there isn't a ton of room to lay down. It is likely that it wouldn't be terribly comfortable for your jack russell.
