Hi, I have a F1 Miniature Poodle and Bernese Mountain Dog Mix that I am picking up on Wednesday. The mother (Bernese) is 60 pounds and the father (mini poodle) is 15 pounds. Can you advise me on what sized Crate to buy? I'm not sure how big he will be and I was looking online and thinking of buying a 36-inch Intermediate size crate. My second ?, I was going to buy Earthbath Oatmeal shampoo. Do you recommend that? Any bristle brush recommendations? Any health warnings on the breed? Thank you!!

I have a dog house with carpet over front entrance and a heated pet pad I bought from a hardware store. It seems warm and the 8 month old beagle goes in it but how cold is to cold for a four hour length outside while I work? He seems happy and the pad feels warm when I test it.
I just bought a igloo dog house for my two doggies, so they have somewhere to be when it’s cold. My dogs are inside when I’m home but outside when I’m not so while I’m at work they’re outside and it’s been getting really cold lately. Hence to why I bought this dog house, but I had a question, could I put heating blankets inside the dog house? I was looking into a heating box but there really expensive. Hello, I have a 7 year old black lab. He's a big boy who gets very hot in warm weather so likes to lie on the coolest surface he can find which is always hard. Consequently, he has callouses on his elbows but they have become a lot bigger this year and one of them looks sore. I just wondered what Ii could do to alleviate this problem. We bought my dog a new dog bed that’s supposed to help with his anxiety. The first night he loved it - we couldn’t get him out of it! Since that first night, he doesn’t like to sit on it anymore. He just humps it and licks it. We can put him directly in it and force him to sit, but he won’t stay long and looks uncomfortable. Should I take the bed away? Why won’t he lag on it anymore?
