I bought this as a back up to the snooze fest dog bed that my dogs fight over. I compared both sizes before placing my order besides the bolsters on the snooze fest they should have been the same size all around. This one shipped all rolled up and you are to wait 24hrs before it’s full sized. Well, it’s only 2” thick not the 3” that’s advertised, yet at the end of the smaller width it tapers down and is 1” thick. I would exchange or return however I bought using my reward $$ and know I will only be given the amount I paid in cash back and the money I earned as rewards will not. If you want an affordable condo ones for your dog I suggest the snooze fest, I buy when on sale and my dogs absolutely love them.
