With the freezing temps we have been experiencing, Ive been doing everything to try to keep Brody’s paws warm and healthy when he’s outside. Boots aren’t really his favorite so I picked up some paw wax from the local bet store. They only had one brand and it doesn’t say any where if it is safe for the dogs to lick It (I’ve even checked their site). So I’ve included a picture of the product and ingredients and wanted to know if you could help with that. Thanks !
Took my dog for a walk and all of a sudden he stopped to lick his paws. I looked to see if he stepped on something but couldn’t see or feel anything. He started to limp off and on so I decided to take him back home. I took a flashlight to look at all paws but still didn’t see anything. The only thing I can think of that he would have stepped on is rock salt. They put it out today so it hasn’t been prolonged exposure, but could that be it? I washed his paws with soap, what else should I do?
Is the product Rat X really safe for pets? I don't see how it can kills rats and mice, but not kill my pets. Active ingredients: corn gluten meal 55%, sodium chloride 2%. Inert ingredients: Maltodextrin, sorbitol, wheat flour, wheat germ oil
Hi, temperatures outside are very cold- 0 to 21 below zero. Our 15 yr old siberian husky black lab mix is experiencing painful difficulty going outside, lifting his paws as he walks. I had to go out and help him up a few steps on the deck. We plan to order some boots. Is there any medication or lotion we can put on his paws to help in the meantime?
My dog ripped open a gel pea pack (that freezes) I'm nervous
My dog got into an ice pack that I forgot to pick up, it seems he only got a tiny bit out of it that was on his muzzle that I wiped off but I’m unsure if he injested any. It was a cold comfort reusable pack that I can’t seem to find any info or ingredient online for the one we specifically have. It did say it was non toxic. What do I do?
Could this small bag with brown powder in the photo be some kind of rat or pest poison? it was near the wall on my apartment building and my dog opened it so he might have ingested a little. It doesn’t smell like anything. It has been an hour and he is acting normally, just sleeping now. Should I worry?
My dog got a hold of a gel ice pac. I dont know if it is poisonous or if we should take hime to the vet.
My puppy seemed to scrape one of his pads on his paws on ice outside I'm guessing which we have salt on. It is paw safe salt. He won't let me put a sock on it when he goes outside. But it seems to keep getting irritated and bleeding when we come inside. What should I do?
My dog just tore a hole in my Rapid relief reusable hot/cold non toxic gel pack (for use on my sore back) when I was on another room. The bag is still full of the gel so I don’t think he had much if any. It does say it’s non-toxic but should I be concerned?
My dog ate baking soda what can I do for her don't have money to bring her in
