I ordered the extra-large door and I received a door with an "extra-large flap size" instead. Does not remotely fit my 110-pound dog. Cryptic and confusing sizing drop-down menus.

Brining it back. Ordered xl size for dog door but more sized to large dog or medium size dog (10 1/2” x 15”). No listing about dog door size within petco website descriptions. Misleading and very disappointing.

We purchased a pet door from Petco years ago which we still use. We have a contemporary home with several sliding glass doors. We love the ability to have a pet door which is clean and neat and doesn't require construction work on our home. The first door allows our pet access to our yard. The second allows access to a deck from which he is unable to get into the yard. This gives us restriction choices which we feel keeps our pet safe. The product is good, and my husband was able to install it easily. I would like to see an extra weather insulation layer though this isn't bad.

Purchased this door for my vacation cabin, east to put together and easy to put up. Upside, also easy to take down when leaving. You need to buy wider weather stripping, inexpensive.

We needed a puppy door that would last for 2 years. This hardware is easy to install and works well. It also looks sturdy. I would say you can use more/better insulation than what is included. It would be much better if the manufacturer would just add that (better) insulation into the package.

This is the best product we have bought in years. Looks great, and the installation was super easy!! So very pleased.

This product is beautifully constructed, heavier duty that the other door we have used from Petco and was available in white to match our door. Unfortunately, it is also about 3/4 inch shorter than the other model so didn't fit in our application. I really appreciated the fact that I could return it to the store in exchange for one that does fit!

The pet door is not the standard thickness to match up with a regular sliding glass door. So, there was space between the pet door and my door. It just did not look very secure and I ended up returning it.
