The description of this product clearly states it comes with two locking panels for both the inside and the outside flap. It comes with only one and after several back and forth emails with Petco I was told the manufacturer says there is only one locking panel and Petco has refused to stand by the statements made in their ad so I have only one locking panel. Very disappointed in Petco.

Ok on install. Great on weather protection. Dogs love it. It’s sturdy.

Great addition for our fur baby to have access in an out of sunroom

We purchased the XL three years ago. Used extension for exterior wall. Has held up with our large pups. Our cat is able to use it, too. With a little prompting and helping her push through it, with her nose, she caught-on quickly. I am now purchasing the XXL. I recommend going with the larger size and mounting door closer to the floor. With the deeper opening of the wall mount, large dogs are required to get one rear leg up and over before pulling the second leg through. Wasn’t a concern until they started having leg/hip issues. I failed to considered this at the time as we hadn’t used exterior wall door before. It is worth the extra money to protect those hips/legs!

I am giving it 4 stars because it's very narrow. I bought the height for my larger dog. She is thin. She rubs against both sides of the door going in and out. I have had no issues with the performance of the door.

I'm so happy with the Perfect Pet All Weather Insulated Pet Door! It's well made, easy for my fur baby to use and it keeps the cold weather out. The installation instructions were clear and it even came with a template to insure an effortless installation.

I would highly recommend this doggy door. This doggy door is very well made and sturdy. It has a nice piece to slide in when you want to block the door. My friend came over to install it yesterday and the instructions were clear and it even came with a template to help with an uncomplicated install. Now the fun part will be getting my fur baby to use it.

In our old house we had this door and loved it. The door was on the north side of the house but always kept the wind, cold and snow out! So naturally when purchasing a different house, my first purchase was another door! This truly is THE BEST door! We substituted metal screws for the plastic ones. The door held up perfectly to our 2 rambunctious Schnauzers too!
