Is this ok for glo-fish? We have 4 in a 5 gallon tank and leaving for the weekend?
- Yes hun all my fish like it from tetras to guppies to even my big goldfish i would throw in 2 pieces for a couple days of being gone and if you get back and urs still visible to eye dobt worry about feeding for a couple days, fish will not starve

My daughter is away at college but will be coming home every few weekends (1 hour away). She has a Betta. Will the Stars be okay for that?
- I was going on vacation so I bought this. I decided to try it out before I left. Got up next morning to very cloudy water and 4 dead fish. I will never use again.

Can this feeder be used for gold fish?
- I wouldn't. I have a betta and tetras and as most people know, they are carnivores. You should find one that is specifically made for goldfish. By the way if you have a snail in your tank don't use this! My snail died but my fish were fine.

I got my baby male Betta fish yesterday, I got a few others as well, they are all in the containers they came in seeing as the counter worker told me they could be untill they got bigger, My Male isnt eating the bloodworms in his tank. Im worried, I fed him three times, when I got home from the store, this morning and tonight, there are still pellets in there! Is it caused by stress? How can I save my little Dustin!
My goldfish appears bloated
My new glofish shark has long, white, stringy poop hanging off its body. I may have overfed him his glofish flakes. Is he constipated or stressed from being in a new tank? I treated the water with Aqua SafeStart and EasyBalance. What can I do to get him to poop?
How many times a day or week should I be feeding my three neon tetras?
He's a full grown betta fish, I've had him for a little over half a year, adopted him from a friend. He has a filter and a heater in his tank & I try to stick with recommended products. As of the last couple months, his fins are curling up in the back and he will only eat one pellet every other day or so. I had been feeding him three pellets twice daily. Last week I started cleaning his 1 gallon tank twice a week instead of once a week, and am considering upgrading to a 2.5 gallon tank instead.
I transferred my betta from a 3.7 to a 5.5 before I went on a trip to Utah. When I came back he didn’t seem very active and this has been the 3rd day he hasn’t had a appetite. I feed them in separate bowls on each side of the fireplace. They are grazers eat some leave etc. I put morning portion in their bowl and then later if empty evenings. I’d like to them to eat all their dry food in two meals and finish in a timely manner. How to train them to do this without making them get too skinny? And how many cups should I feed them? My female betta has dropsy what can I get her
My betta fish is bloated and has a dark patch on his left side where the scales are not laying flat. What I tried feeding him a pea, but it didn't help. Please help!
I noticed bloat in my flowerhorn about two weeks ago. It was there when I fed him and went away when I didn't. So I treated him with Epsom salt soaked pellets, bloat was present then. Then I noticed white poop so I stopped feeding entirely and added metronidazole 400 to the tank. Didn't work as I only saw white poop, so I added the medication into his food and now I can see brown poop hanging from a clear poop sticking out of his butt. Earlier the poop didn't stick out of his butt. What to do?
