Item Arrived Smashed in Pieces
Item was completely smashed like the pervious reviews stated. Loose in the box with another item so both got completely destroyed.

Good product, bad shipping
I bought this online and had it shipped to me. Just like the other review this product looks great however it is packaged without the slightest care. Mine arrived with a broken wall as it was simply wrapped in paper and tossed in a box too big for the product. I like the item but better care in shipping would be appreciated.

Would have been nice if they packed it right
Highly disappointed in this product. Not because of the product itself but due to whatever employee thought it was a smart idea to throw a FRAGILE aquarium decor piece into a box with ZERO bubble wrap, styrofoam, not even paper! Who does that???? I've worked in retail and shipping and the idea of just tossing something like that into a box and not wrapping it with protective shipping products boggles my mind. You need some quality control in your shipping department because this is ridiculous.
Other than the craptacular shipping job, the item would be fine. Petco had already shipped me out a new one but hopefully the same person isn't packing it.
