I have a pitbull/bulldog mix that stays outside who is allergic to cedar bedding and pine is there a hypoallergenic bedding for outside animals?

A few hours ago my dog ripped open his You & Me Chewsy Snoozer Comfort Dog Mat which contains green fluff. Most of the stuffing was all over his cage. We bought my dog a new dog bed that’s supposed to help with his anxiety. The first night he loved it - we couldn’t get him out of it! Since that first night, he doesn’t like to sit on it anymore. He just humps it and licks it. We can put him directly in it and force him to sit, but he won’t stay long and looks uncomfortable. Should I take the bed away? Why won’t he lag on it anymore?
I have a dog house with carpet over front entrance and a heated pet pad I bought from a hardware store. It seems warm and the 8 month old beagle goes in it but how cold is to cold for a four hour length outside while I work? He seems happy and the pad feels warm when I test it.
