Is this coat good for temps in the teens to 30 degrees?

Is it water resistant?
- It’s not really water resistant. But for a light rain, it keeps my dog fairly dry. For a downpour, I use a doggy raincoat.

There's a pinkish colour on the coat
Ok so I have an issue. Its getting cold here and we are looking at some very heavy snow this year. All three of our dogs are rather thin coated. The older two refuse to potty outside if its too cold. Would sweaters help? Also the youngest is less than two pounds (tiny chihuahua mix) and even though he's not allowed outside yet we like 2 to 4 inches above our floor tend to get cold no matter what temperature we keep the house at how can I help him stay warm?

Should I be concerned that my adult dog has started growing a patch of solid black curly fur over his shoulder blades? Hx: Came to us a year ago as a young adult dog, body type and coat appear to be nearly full blooded red Pomeranian, 10 lbs, no health problems, no use of topical meds, his last bath was 2 months ago, no changes to diet or lifestyle. Stewart, my 9 month old English black lab has a slight reddening in his eyes and a small but persistent discharge of yellowish “goop”.
What harness is the best and most comfortable for my dog. It would also have to work with a tie out stake. The one i have she just pulls right out of it. I think it might be a little big but the next size down is to small. It is the vest kind. Maybe thats the problem. Could you help me please. I would appreciate it. Thanks so much.

my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... What would you suggest? (that's affordable)?
Hi, I have a F1 Miniature Poodle and Bernese Mountain Dog Mix that I am picking up on Wednesday. The mother (Bernese) is 60 pounds and the father (mini poodle) is 15 pounds. Can you advise me on what sized Crate to buy? I'm not sure how big he will be and I was looking online and thinking of buying a 36-inch Intermediate size crate. My second ?, I was going to buy Earthbath Oatmeal shampoo. Do you recommend that? Any bristle brush recommendations? Any health warnings on the breed? Thank you!!
