Great dog coat
Because both the neck and belly closures are Velcro, this should fit my Sheltie puppy into adulthood. She won’t need it for warmth, just to keep off the snow.

Is this coat good for temps in the teens to 30 degrees?
Is there a harness loop hole on the back to attach the leash to a haness worn under the jacket?
- Yes! It’s located right under label on back.

Does this jacket have Velcro under the chest as well for a secure fit?
Is it water resistant?
- It’s not really water resistant. But for a light rain, it keeps my dog fairly dry. For a downpour, I use a doggy raincoat.
