We wanted a cute and fun way to announce our pregnancy and include our dog, and this little chalkboard is perfect! The chalk that comes with it is easy to use and write with. It is easy to read on the chalkboard as well. It slips over your dog's head easily. Making them sit still for a photo is the real challenge! Haha. Overall, this chalkboard is a fun and cute way to announce your pregnancy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Pet's Baby Announcement Chalkboard for free in exchange for writing a review. That said, the product is very cute and great quality. It comes packaged in a protective plastic sleeve (shown in photos), so the board doesn't get scratched during packaging or transport. The plastic sleeve was easy to open and also held the stick of chalk that comes with the board. There were no imperfections in the printing, and the writing against the chalkboard showed as true white, whereas sometimes white paint/print can turn yellow or look discolored or not as vibrant. The spacing at the bottom for the due date is perfect - large enough so you have room to write in the numbers, but not excessively spaced out. The ribbon that holds the chalkboard is also high quality. I don't expect it would rip or tear unless it was heavily chewed through. The length of the ribbon is probably enough to go around a very well-mannered cat's neck or a small dog's neck. Otherwise, it would do well to be held in a larger dog's mouth. Overall, I recommend this chalkboard if you're planning on including your pet(s) in your baby announcement!
