Dahlia licks her feet a pitbull age 8. Not fixed due to heart mumur. What can I safely clean them with and keep her from licking. DermaPaws? So many oils. Dog wipes?

My dog has been licking his paws excessively especially the back left paw, which is now bleeding. Attached are 3 images of his back paw. I've been putting Antiseptic and AntiFungal spray twice a day on his paws.
My cat ripped 2 claws out last week, and we have been treating with MicrocynAH antiseptic and warm water. She seems to be doing well (walks without a limp, jumps on her tower, etc.), but the paw does smell different to her others. It doesn't smell extremely foul or have any visible pus, but it does smell like her breath and is definitely smellier than her other paws if you get close to it. Do I need to take her to a vet? Wash her paws more frequently, or add salt to the warm water? Thank you!
My dog has a hotspot, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend an antiseptic/antibacterial soap that I could use to keep it clean. Something that wont irritate her.
My dog won’t stop licking and biting her paw. At first I thought it was a Shampoo issue, but only one paw is bothering her. She constantly licks it non-stop, and it has turned red. Spanky has a white pimple on his right back paw. My other dog keeps trying to lick it. We stop him from licking it so as to not make it worse. Would a epsom salt bath do any good? Should we apply Neosporin afterwards?
