My 20 year old female domestic shorthair was just prescribed Orbax, 1 ml/day, 20 ml oral suspension for a UTI. Vet has me giving my dog artificial tears solution polyvinyl alcohol 1.4%. It looks like the brand has discontinued it or has a shortage. What should I look for when deciding on a new artificial tear? I can’t find one with the polyvinyl alcohol. (Also taking tacrolite)

My small dog (10 lbs.) chewed the end off of a partially used 10ml tube of cephapirin sodium for lactating cows. It is possible that she ingested at most half of the tube, maybe less. Could this cause any problems?

My bunny has sarcoptic mange. It has been recurring for a long time. My vet recommended Quest gel (Moxidectin) orally to minimize stress of ivermectin injections repeatedly. I have no idea what the recommended dose maybe since the vet told me he was a rabbit savvy vet! Please help me. If it is meant to be 0.2 mg per kg and she is 2.9 kg what would that be in ml? Not sure what the concentration is but I have attached a photo. Thank you! Please help
