You sent one of three items we ordered. You did not send Oxbow rabbit multi-vitamins, but charged us for them. We need refund for those.

this product is so good my rabbits love this I give this to them weekly with their probiotics on it and they love it so much. idk if this is the reason but my rabbit stopped getting stringy poop after his multivitamin dose. :)
