Recently purchased for our 2, 4 month old girls. They LOVE it. So funny watching them run to grab a pellet and then hide it! Definitely will be transitioning to the adult Oxbow food in a couple of months.

Used as a Lab Block for Hamsters

I bought this food from a store that was permanently shutting down, so I got it for about a dollar. However I think the normal retail value is fair. I used this for my syrian hamster alongside a seed mix to get some more protein in her diet. The chunks are quite large, so I would not put too many in at once. One note is that this food smells a little bit, kind of like stale potato chips, but that doesn't pose a problem, just strange.

My rats love it, and it's the best food for them, especially the males. Expensive, but if you can afford it, get it and supplement with fresh veggies as treats.

I do feel like my lil critters are healthier with this. I am only giving it four because they are not too eager to eat it. They wait to see if they’re getting seed, etc treats before they eventually get hungry enough to eat this.
