I received this product last night and was unable to remove the huge amount of packaging glue residue from the wheel’s interior. While attempting to do so, I cracked the seam between the backing and the running strip, and I’ll now need to attempt a fix. This is so frustrating. I’m surprised a small pet company didn’t consider that a high level of stickiness could be harmful to a small animal. Why on earth does that paper insert need to be so heavily glued?

I can’t recommend for a weird reason: the packaging stuck to the wheel interior. When I removed it, the sticky glue residue was extreme, and in the process of trying to remove for my mouse’s safety, I broke the flimsy thing. I’m very disappointed because I haven’t even gotten to give my little man an opportunity to run yet. Really frustrating!

Great wheel instant acceptance, but poor cleaning design. Once you wash it a couple times the bearings start to rust. Even with oil after six months it will start to seize up

Purchased this a month ago as our original inclosure was smaller, it attached easily and was easy to clean and super quite. We moved to a larger I closure on its stand and it was also perfect

This is by far the best quality exercise wheel I have ever owned! It is very high quality and extremely well built. I bought 2 of them; one for each of my hedgehogs and they LOVE them!
