Did Orijen change how the make their kibble? It used to say slow baked under low temperatures and now it doesn’t. My dog is prone to forming lipomas and I try to choose non-extruded kibble.

I bought this because of the quality, but I'm having second thoughts about the really high protein and the grain-free formula (the best foods all seemed to be grain-free). Would it be a problem to mix in a little well-cooked brown rice and oatmeal?

Bought purina one lamb and rice. Concerned on an ingredient. Chicken by product meal? Was taught bad for dogs and can be diesed animals. Mixing with 80 to 20 ratio of food the 80 percent is pure Balance trout and lentils grain free. But some of you say grains are good and they don’t have an allegry as they eat grained dog treats and Cheerios with no problems. Hi my gsd puppy was on royal canin maxi junior for a month them i changed it for Orijen puppy food. He does not eat as well. He used to eat 3 times a day and now he is down to one.
