Can I give Orijen Original to my 4 week old Mini Schnazuer puppy?
Bought purina one lamb and rice. Concerned on an ingredient. Chicken by product meal? Was taught bad for dogs and can be diesed animals. Mixing with 80 to 20 ratio of food the 80 percent is pure Balance trout and lentils grain free. But some of you say grains are good and they don’t have an allegry as they eat grained dog treats and Cheerios with no problems. Plus this food had real meat chucks and wanted to train them to eat dry food only. Thanks!

Hi it was recommended to try OM Purina Weight Management for my 9.2 Poodle mixfrom this site. To my surprise first ingredients are corn meal and soy and soy and some type flour I read soy is bad unless organic and this isn't a grain free food. Please advise Thank you for your help Karrey

Hello, I recently found out about DCM in dogs from grain-free diets. I use Orijen food for my 1.5 y/o. It has great ingredients but I don't want to take any chances, are there any brands you would recommend for a large (85-95lbs) lab/Pyrenees mix dog that is about one and a half years old?
I feed my dogs Pure Balance Trout + Lentils (has probitics) mixed with Purina One Beyond Small Bites Lamb and Rice(has the joint support in it as well so that’s nice!) . Can you take a look at the ingredients? They don’t have any grain allergies as they tolerate Cheerios as their training treats but I liked Pure Balances Ingredients and the Purina One has not as well but they eat the food readily with the better brand and plus has free joint supplement in it. My dog has been on a grain free soy free and chicken free food for about 8 months, He is 3 and has been gaining weight. He eats about 1/2 can of food twice a day and maybe a handful of dry food in between. He is never been a very active dog. He is part beagle and part chihuahua.
