I bought this for my Bettas and its so hard to find in my area. When I ran out, I went to other foods, and they absolutely refused to eat anything else now.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Easy to eat!

These are great pellets to use if you have a small betta or just one that has trouble eating large pellets without spitting it back out. Last year I bought the Aqueon betta fish pellets for my newly adopted betta fish but he had a very hard time getting them down due to the size of the pellets being too large. I then tried these pellets, they’re much smaller and it makes swallowing them very easy for the little guy. I’ve been using them ever since.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Better than most

My Betta likes it, he doesn’t spit it out like some other betta food. He loves his frozen bloodworms even better though. For Bettas, who are carnivores, they need a high protein food and not fillers and this has the first ingredients that are high in protein.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Pellets sink!

These pellets immediately sink to the bottom so most bettas won’t be able to get to them in time. I’m putting in ten pellets so he can catch two.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Betta loves these

The first pellets I bought for my betta fish he kept spitting out and they would sink to the bottom dirtying up the tank. I switched to flakes which my betta liked but they were still somewhat messy so I wanted to go back to pellets. I went with these and my betta LOVES them. He eats almost every single one that I put into the tank so no leftover mess. Yeah they're slightly more expensive than other brands but there's so much in the container that it will definitely last a long time.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Omega One Betta Buffet Pellets is the only processed fish food that some of my bettas will eat. I like the ingredients of this food, as well as the size of each pellet.

Do these float well? Or do they sink fast?

What food can be fed to a baby betta ?

    1. 1.) Tiny Dried BloodWorms 2.) They have very tiny Betta Good Pellets usually right around the Bettas area.

I’m trying to reduce/permanently get rid of the white clumpy oily buildup on the surface of the water in my betta’s tank. I heard somewhere that it might be from oily food, will this food help with that?

    1. I get the “oil slick” and use this food so probably not.

What does LLC mean as its slayed in the name ? Also if I have a community tank with other fish in it, tetra, Cory catfish, snail, if they eat some of this will it hurt them because I also have a betta in their ?

    1. LLC, to my knowledge, means "Limited Liability Company". And no, it won't hurt them. The formula for all the food is essentially the same, if I recall correctly.

I’m planing to get a community tank with bettas in it so if the other fish, tetra, guppy, snail, Cory catfish, eat this will it harm them ?

    1. No it will not. But make sure you don’t use this as their staple diet.

How many pellets am i supposed to feed per feeding? And how many feedings a day? I am worried about over feeding

    1. Hi, a good size portion for bettas would be 2-3 pellets twice a day, give them a day of fast each week to help them from getting constipated. Bettas stomach is approximately the size of their eyeballs, (remember, betta fish cannot tell when they are full so they will keep eating due to their survival instincs) but if you're feeding pellets I'd suggest 2-3 high quality pellets twice per day at 6 days per week, once in a while switch it up for some frozen brime shrimp, bloodworms, daphnea to keep them happy) if your betta is a baby then feed it the size of its eyeball 3x per day by crushing the pellets or presoaking it, they love brimeshrimps, congrats on your new betta fish
