Repeat order service suck

Goru

My dog love Ollie products so I choose the repeat delivery, it supposed to be same day delivery but it always delay, the worst was recently I got 2 days delay . I called the customer service to help me send the same day cause I don’t have anymore food for my 2 dogs, and I unable to go to the store. I even told her to cancel my order if they unable to send it by today so I can just order as a guest , she said she can’t do it because my order was shipped and told me to get from the store and once the other order arrived I can just return it. I mean, why would I spend more money when it’s their fault. It’s so disappointed, I’ve been a loyal customer for years

Yes, I recommend this product.

My Dog Loves It and It Keeps Him Engaged at Mealti

Dragon08

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review, and my dog has been really enjoying the Ollie Baked Chicken Dish with Carrots Dry Dog Food. The ingredients are high quality, it is super convenient, and I love that it does not have that strong kibble smell. I have been using it in a snuffle mat, and it has been a great way to keep mealtime fun and engaging. My dog takes his time searching for each piece, which helps slow down his eating while keeping him mentally stimulated. It is a great option for adding enrichment to mealtime while making sure he gets the nutrition he needs. Definitely something I feel good about feeding him.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I received this product for in exchange for my honest review and my dog loves the Ollie Baked Chicken Dish with Carrots Dry Dog Food. The ingredients are great, it is super convenient, and one thing I really appreciate is that it is not smelly like normal kibble. I use it in a puzzle slow feeder and for enrichment training and my dog gets so excited every time. It makes mealtime fun while still giving him the nutrition he needs. If you are looking for high-quality dry food that is fresh and easy to use this is a great choice.

I think I found the food for my pup!

My pup seems to like the food. I think he prefers the chicken flavor. I also feed the fresh food from Ollie. His coat is shinier and best part it doesn’t stink as bad when he goes #2. I hope they make more flavors like they do with the fresh food.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Subpar dry dog food explained

Buckle up; this is a thorough, experienced review of Ollie dry dog food. For starters, Ollie is made within the United States. Some people try to stick to US made products for everything, but I do believe you should learn more about how the US makes dog food vs protocols in other countries. Canada and European Countries are typically more regulated with dog food. There are great Canadian brands out there, but I will not mention them in this review because I want the review to be published. The pros of Ollie: -There are absolutely NO controversial ingredients in the food. Everything listed is human grade. This is a difficult thing to find in US dog food brands. -Meat is the first ingredient with no byproducts. Cons to Ollie: -The price is absolutely asinine. I left off a star for that. $200 for 25 pounds of dog food. This is what a standard large breed of dog would need for a month. -Most of the protein content of the food is derived from chickpeas. If you’re someone who wants their dog to have their protein primarily from meat, this isn’t for you. I didn’t leave off a star for that because it’s not usually important to a typical pet owner. -I’d consider Ollie to be “limited ingredient” compared to a typical brand of dog food. Not as many preservatives, additives, and no food colorings. That’s great, but not a hard thing to find these days and for the price? It better not have any of that. That being said; the protein, fat, and carb count is below average to other brands. Carbs? Eh, it’s fattening, but your dogs do need some carbs if they’re active. Keep in mind that if a dog food contains less of these items, this means that you will have to feed a larger amount of food than normal for your dog to get what they need. Considering this info, I’d say that Ollie is trying to rack in the money by your dog requiring a higher amount of their food. Kinda gimmicky. I took off a star for that. -Now we come down to ingredient analysis. Everything within Ollie is human grade, like I said. But, if you have a dog who has food allergies, even if you’re in the process of trying to figure out what your dog’s allergens are; this dog food is NOT for you. It contains most of the common allergens that dogs have. Chicken (most common meat allergen), peas (most common vegetable allergen), eggs, and fish oil. Fish oil is a very common dog food ingredient and so are peas, but there are brands that do not contain them out there. If you have a dog that is allergic to both chicken and fish, this brand has both. If your dog doesn’t seem to have any allergies, this food would be okay. If you’re dealing with suspected food allergies, I’d find a dog food that has very limited ingredients and do a monthly process of elimination with ingredients, starting with meat. Then move to eliminating vegetables, then move to grain free. Grain allergies are fairly common as well. Ollie contains grain in the form of flour. Flour is not whole grain; it’s a refined grain. I left off a star for lack of inclusivity to sensitive stomachs and common allergies. Like I said, overall, it could be a pretty good brand of dry kibble, but that’s IF you have a small dog that doesn’t consume much food, IF your dog is past their active years, IF your dog has never seemed to have allergies or a sensitive stomach. There are dog food brands out there that could cater to ALL of your dogs needs and you’d only pay about 70% less for it. Do NOT let these “human grade” dog food companies guilt you into thinking their food is the holy grail and you’re a bad pet parent if you cannot afford their food. Their ingredients and nutritional content DO NOT justify their pricing. The advertisements of these brands are predatory and manipulate the love you have for your pets.

No, I do not recommend this product.
