Pour okocat litter into a clean litter box to the depth of 2-3". Scoop waste daily and refill as needed to maintain the desired depth. Base litter lasts 4-6 weeks. Dispose of waste in an environmentally-friendly waste bag.

This is literally the ONLY litter my cat will use. One time we couldn't find it and we switched to a different wood litter temporarily, but she decided that the floor was a better place to go and refused to use her box at all! We won't use any other litter, even if you gave us a lifetime free supply! Okocat is THE BEST!!

We used to get sawdust from a nearby woodworking shop as litter for my cats when I was a child, so I already had the association of wood as a « cat sand » material. When we got our cats from the rescue they recommended chicken feed; but the smell was quite unpleasant to me, however the idea of looking for a biodegradable all natural litter remained. We have been using Okocat since the first time we tried it, for years now. The low tracking variety with a top layer of soft paws one is the winning formula. Now, take this with a grain of salt bc I’m not sure if it’s the Proustian association with my childhood home, or what but I love the way the litter smells. Not in the way a person loves the scent of chemical perfumes; but in the delight of smelling natural real soft wood. It’s the first time in my life as a cat guardian that I can say without hesitation, that I love the way my cat litterbox smells lol. Do with this information what you will! I Love this litter. Love it.

I am still transitioning my cat from the old litter, but so far she's using it..
Pros: No litter tracking, no odor (I do scoop every day). The cat is using it. Those are the top 3 wins.
Cons: It's gross to scoop, but I may not be doing it right. I can't use the regular shovel because I would remove the clean litter (sincedd there isn't sand to sift), so I use a disposable gloves. It looks like orange macaroni or guinea pig pellets. If I decide to use this litter permanently I might buy a covered litter box because it just looks yucky, even when there is nothing to scoop.

I bought this for the first time after trying so many clay alternative options that fell short. I was impressed with all the positive reviews. Maybe I got a bad batch, but this litter doesn't clump at all. Just falls apart so the tiny clumps with pee are all throughout the litter box. Have to scoop out much more litter than typically necessary so the price for the amount is really high. Will not buy again or recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Norwegian Forest cat, Homer, is a big, fluffy guy, and everything sticks to his coat. The Okocat low-tracking pellets made a HUGE difference in all of our lives! Much less mess. We had to have a clumping litter, which is a benefit to using Okocat. No more messy box, much less tracking, and easy to clean.

Best cat litter I've ever used, it is low tracking, it clumps perfectly and is easy to scoop, and it doesn't stink!

Will this work with litter robot?
- No. Litter Robot needs a fine clumping litter or it won't separate the litter correctly. Pellets of any kind will cause issues.
