It's important to select the proper size & type of chew for you dog's age, weight & chewing strength. Non-edible chews should be large enough to encourage chewing from the side rather than top and bottom. If you have more than one dog in your household, select chews appropraite for the Largest, Strongest chewer. Inspect before giving to your dog to make sure it's whole and intact. Check frequently & replace if worn or damaged or if it becomes too small to chew safely. Hand wash with warm soapy water & rinse thoroughly.

It is extremely hard for a chew. It is really more for a big dig. This was purchased for a toy breed who really likes to chew. The small size would have been more appropriate, but can't find it anywhere. My dog loves cheese, but pretty much ignored this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The irritating the product is great and it is super adorable. Cleaning it isn’t the easiest as there are little squares where the treat sinks into and the corners are not cleanable. My biggest loss on this product is it doesn’t keep my dog entertained for long. Unlike competitors, (kong) there is no challenge to getting the treats. I also do not normally prep the toy by freezing it with the food since that is time consuming.
