Is this ok for a dog with proteinurea (protein in urine, possible kidney disease)!!shes on a low protein, low Phosphate, low sodium, low fat and low calorie diet. Mostly. Her breath is very bad a lot of the time.
- Sounds like whether or not you can use this product your animal needs a dental visit to the vet to have all the teeth cleaned and descaled this is a product that you would use after that too increase the time in between Dental visits I personally brush my cat's teeth what does CET cat kit that gives me two choices of brushes and salmon toothpaste and I also use CET Dental rinse is that get the tartar off and all of it takes what I called dragon breath and helps substantial but it does not clean the teeth completely and without completely clean teeth your animal is at risk just like a person would be at risk for a bacterial infection of the heart called bacterial endocarditis.

What size
- I have two boys and got two 12oz bottles to put 1 on the top and 1 on the bottom, I feel like the ball/nozzle size is perfect for them. If you have girls 6oz or 12oz is probably fine.

My vet instructed me to give my dog a dental/tarter addative to his water bowl. Are there any side effects?
- Your question is odd because they're saying your vet said to do it but asking the company if you should and I would recommend that you follow your vet's instructions after all they are the ones that went to vet school and did the residency requirements and the internships and all of the studying to become of it rather than a company that makes a product that may or may not work in your dog's particular health condition but when your vet says to use it I would go with what your vet said and maybe call them and say well I found this one that I think I like based on what it says online and online reviews would you please check it out and see if you would recommend this one but cuz otherwise you're putting your animals life into a company that didn't go to vet school and didn't have an internship program or anything else of the sort rather than the people that know your animals history!

hi, does Nylabone liquid tartar remover have side effects?
- Try to stop using one of them to see whats the problem it could be the Tarter remover or it could be the powder. It could also be that wile drinking your dog could have accidentally took in some of the powder but sorta unlikely. just try and use process of elimination. It may also just be using both those things at the same time.
