I've been feeding my cats Candidae food, dry hairball control kibble and wet food 2x/day. They like the dry, but LOVE the wet. However t's quite expensive and that brand only carries 3 oz cans of wet food which makes calculating feeding amounts difficult. My 3 year old male cat 12-13 lbs and healthy. I feed him wet canned food, approx. 1.5 oz 3 times a day. I also leave dry food out for him. He devours the cat food fresh from the can in the morning, but tends toward the dry food as the day goes on. He does not show much interest in the "old" canned food which may have been refrigerated for 6-10 hours. Long story not so short. What dry food do you recommend?
Hi, I'm feeding my cat the one of the best wet and dry cat food in the market. The brand is fine but the flavors is always fish like salmon, tuna, ocean white, grilled saba, and fish with chicken, and shrimp. There's even no turkey, liver, beef or the chicken. After cat fight & treated at vet with Covina, rabies, anti inflam shot, my indoor/outdoor cat recovered indoors for 3 weeks. He started going outside again in a limited way. He gained weight. About 2-3 pounds. He is getting a tummy. Pics attached. His diet (per day) is free eating Hills Science dry perfect weight chicken, 2 to 2.5 (3oz cans fancy feast, (about 1/2 can at a time when he requests) & occasionally cooked chicken meat.
