I still like the food but the removal of the self closing tab to keep the food fresh is a mistake on there part that I don’t understand. The old bags had the slide to lock feature like on a freezer bag, but now as far as I can figure out you have to cut the bag to open it and the only way to close it is to get some giant clips to try to keep it fresh

When I adopted my cat, I was under the impression she did not like dry food. I tried a couple different types to see if maybe that was the problem- AND IT WAS. She's picky and just didn't like the dry food she had been given (I was continuing the dry food the shelter had her on for the most part and mixing in small bits of another to see if that helped). This was the second or third bag of dry food we tried and after starting she started to eat more and more of her food. Don't worry she was getting wet food for breakfast and dinner so she wasn't starving or anything. But I was just keeping the dry food out for her to free feed and this was the one dry food she would continually eat and continue eating ( I would check her bowl to see if anything was gone type of thing). But this was the one she would eat the most of. So ma'am is just picky. I do not add water to it or anything, it's just the dry food out for her to eat- she doesn't like it prepared any other way lol. I store it in the bag w/ a scooper in a dark cabinet and I think this helped it keep it fresh as well. *also I'm not 100% sure of not but she also might have tried the salmon flavor from this brand and liked it as well.
