I have two cats and a dog. My old cat was on whiskas her whole life and developed kidney disease as well as diabetes. She was never fed table scraps. If you love your pet, don't feed your pets garbage brands. This is devoured by all my pets. Nutro is literally the best brand I've found so far. I got my new pup this year and adopted an 9yr old black cat that had been fed on friskies and fancy feast her whole life. She was Mal nourished and uninterested in eating. We normally give the cats chicken or Turkey cause they have cases of those. However ever so often we splurge for this chicken and liver. They absolutely love it! Honestly... Good job Nutro!

This is a decent cat food because the ingredients are at least alright. The protein content could be higher. The calorie content is what I would say is pretty decent. The moisture content in this is very good. My cat loved this and ate it all up in one sitting. Overall it's not a bad choice, but there are better options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two cats who both can be picky eaters at times when it comes to trying new foods and new brands. I had a feeling they would like this one as I was opening it, because it smelled great and was the perfect consistency. My cats went at this food almost immediately after me opening it and putting it into their bowl. They loved it because they did not leave any behind. I have gotten this brand several times since as they love to eat it. I love that it is healthier for them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nutro Chicken & Liver Recipe Paté was perfectly portioned in two attached cups. The pate is juicy (and smelly- perfect for kitties!). I love that I can be confident in knowing that I'm giving my kitty the best tasting cat food that has quality ingredients and the nutrients to keep her healthy and strong. We highly recommend to all other kitties and look forward to trying the different varieties.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size portion for an adult cat. My cat did end up eating the pate, however it was a bit more liquids than pate from what I could see putting it in her bowl. Probably would purchase this one again to let my cat try other flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've tried several wet cat food brands with our cat and she seems to likes them all but they usually bother her stomach and make her sick therfore we usually stop giving it to her. I didn't notice her getting sick with this brand and she seems to really enjoy the favor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can appreciate what this "healthier" cat food is trying to accomplish. It is grain-free and higher in protein than a lot of standard wet and dry cat foods. Over time, it should help to keep kitty strong and lean, while energized enough to prowl at night, or whatever other activities cats do. However, my cat's initial reaction to this food was a bit of curiosity, followed immediately by disinterest. I plated one portion (half of the separated container) and left it in a shape that kitty could nibble at or lick. She did neither. The next day, I fed her about 1/3 of the other half of the container; this time, I mashed it up with a fork first. She enjoyed it more this time, enough to eat it all and lick the plate clean. So, I plated the other two thirds of the serving (one third at a time) and she ate them until full (about half way through the final third of the full serving; she finished the last few bits after a short nap). My observation is just that my kitty doesn't like the flavor and smell of liver as much as other flavors like seafood. But you never know what you like until you try it!
