[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried the Nutri+Vet Asprin for dogs because we have a 13 year old pittie who is beginning to slow down due to his age. We can tell he has stiff joints some mornings, and although he never seems to act like he’s in pain, we can certainly tell he wasn’t as playful or energetic some days. We started giving him a full dose only on days we could tell he was having a hard time. It seemed to help quite a bit. There were times were e felt the asprin may not have been enough, but we stuck with the recommended dose and sought advice from our vet. The vet said that war could do one pill of aspirin every single day and a second pill if he needed it later in the day. That seems to be helping for now. I’m so glad we had the opportunity to try this for our pooch, we love him dearly and want to help him in every way we can!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is asprin it works just fine I keep it on hand just in case my dog needs it so we aren’t using it all the time, but it is fine asprin. If you need an over the counter pain medication this one is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three dogs, two of them are older and one of them is younger. My mother noticed the eldest was in pain so she gave this to him and she said it definitely made a difference in how he was after the medicine versus before. I would definitely recommend all dog owners keep this on hand in case their dog is having trouble or pains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for my older dog who has some leg pain at times. It definitely seemed to make a difference in his behavior which I would imagine gave him some relief. Each to give, not too big of a pill. Would recommend.

Is this safe to use on a 12 week old Chihuahua about 6-7 pounds ??

  1. You should ask your vet, but I wouldn't do it. I used to give this small dose to a 50 lb dog because of his arthritis. Gave him the tablet for medium size dogs in the morning and this one for small dogs at night. Aspirin can be very hard on the digestive system.
