The stew actually looks like real food—chunks of beef, visible veggies, and a nice broth that doesn’t have that overly-processed smell some wet foods do. My dog is usually pretty picky, and she’ll sniff new foods for a while before deciding. With this one, she dove right in. I like that it’s fully balanced for both puppies and adult dogs, so I don’t have to worry about switching formulas later. The ingredient list is clean, high-protein, and doesn’t feel like filler. After a week, I noticed she’s eating more consistently and seems more excited at mealtime. Her stomach handled it really well too—no upset or extra gas, which is a win.

She absolutely loved it!!! I have used this brand before and will continue to buy their products. As you see in the picture, it’s real ingredients!! We usually give her liquid Purinas but this Nulo beef meal was husky approved. She ate everything in no time and went for her walk. She is 9 years old now and keeping her healthy matters a lot. This Nulo signature stew provides healthy and quality ingredients that my dog enjoys and I will definitely repurchase it.

We have a 2 year old sheepdog and two senior shi tzu mixes (ages 12 and 13), so they’re at opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of behavior, preferences, and health needs, but they all scarfed it down! My little dogs are approaching the age where their teeth are starting to give them issues when eating regular kibble, so I’ve been on the hunt for something nutritious, but also easier, for them to eat. For now, we are using the Nulo as a topper as we transition between foods but they don’t seem to mind. As soon as I opened the packaging, all three got visibly excited, much moreso than normal feeding time. It’s obvious that the scent of the stew is really appetizing to them. My sheepdog even broke into the trash (something she rarely does) to lick out the last bits of juice from the plastic bowl. As a lifelong dog owner, I love that you can really see the pieces of meat and veggies in this stew. There’s even visible shreds of kale mixed into the stew, a superfood veggie that I don’t recall ever seeing in a wet dog food before. Overall, I was unfamiliar with Nulo prior to trying their stew but based on the excited reactions at our home, we’re going to keep going with this!

Ingredients for the food were healthy which is what I wanted for my dog, the scent wasn’t too bad either. Texture of the food was easy to mix with a bit of the food I normally feed my dog, great combination. Loved the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our German shepherd approves of this easy-to-feed meal! I couldn't even set the dish down before Moose went to town on this tasty food. I loved that it didnt have a "dog food" smell and actually smelled like real food, with real ingredients. Our cats even thought it smelled good and tried to sneak a lick from his bowl. Luckily he's a good boy who loves his feline siblings.
