[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pieces are so little. I love that! I know my cat doesn't have to struggle with them. She hasn't seemed to have any stomach issues since starting this food. I do have her food mixed with the food she was eating before in the photo, but she has had it by itself by now. She hasn't had any issues spitting up. Don't mind the paper bowl. I just acquired two more cats and haven't gotten them all their own bowls yet.
